I am a mom, sister, wife, daughter, aunt, niece, and child of God. I have had a love and passion for the whole birth experience after being able to experience the birth of my 2 younger brothers when I was just 7 & 9 years old. I then went on to have 6 children of my own.  Their ages range from 6-15 years old.

I have had training with DONA and I am certified with ProDoula as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. I am continuing my certifications with them as well for Childbirth Education, and Infant Feeding.

I attended Wayne State College for 2 years and then moved to Arizona.  After moving back to the midwest, I attended Iowa Western Community College to work towards my Sign Language Interpreting Degree and I then went into the Education field which I am still pursuing.
